How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Santaegypt Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Santaegypt Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Note that Santaegypt Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@santaegypt.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want from us
What Comes Next
We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may help too.
